เกมสยองขวัญนี้มีเซ็ตติ้งที่เป็นสถานที่ที่มีอยู่จริงในประเทศญี่ปุ่น นั่นก็คืออุโมงค์ Inunaki หรือ Inunaki Village ที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมือง Miyakawa จังหวัด Fukuoka โดยสถานที่แห่งนี้ขึ้นชื่อในเรื่องของการเป็นพื้นที่ที่ผู้คนมากมายถูกฆ่า และถูกเผาจนตาย...

ภายในเกมนั้นเราจะได้ออกเดินสำรวจไปในสถานที่อันน่าพิศวงแห่งนี้พร้อมด้วยกล้องวีดีโอประจำตัว.. เกมเพลย์ไม่มีอะไรซับซ้อนไปกว่าการเดินสำรวจ แก้พัซเซิล และเสพย์บรรยากาศ
แต่ว่า... ระหว่างที่กำลังเดินอยู่ อย่าลืมมองดูรอบๆ ล่ะ
